At Oluxury India (Shades and Beyond LLP), each piece is crafted with intention—often made-to-order, material-led, and inherently unique.

Accordingly, our policies are designed to reflect the bespoke nature of our products.


🚫 1. No Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed are final and binding
  • No cancellations are permitted under any circumstances

This includes:

  • Change of mind
  • Delays within standard production timelines
  • Preference changes post-order

🚫 2. No Return Policy

  • All products sold are non-returnable
  • We do not accept returns for any reason

This includes:

  • Change of mind
  • Aesthetic preference
  • Minor variations in finish, texture, or material

As all pieces are handcrafted, natural variations are expected and are not considered defects.


🚫 3. No Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • Payments once made are non-refundable

⚠️ 4. Limited Exception — Transit Damage Only

We maintain strict quality control; however, in the rare case of transit damage, the following applies:

  • Issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Customer must share:
    • Clear photos/videos of damage
    • Packaging condition
    • Unboxing evidence (strongly recommended)

Upon review:

  • Oluxury may offer repair or replacement, if deemed valid
  • Resolution is solely at our discretion
  • No refunds will be issued, even in such cases

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are not standard practice
  • May be considered only in case of verified transit damage
  • Subject to approval after internal review

6. Important Clarifications

  • Each product is handcrafted and material-sensitive
  • Variations in:
    • Stone grain
    • Metal patina
    • Texture and finish

are natural and not grounds for return, refund, or exchange
