How should I place my plant inside the planter?
For best results, keep your plant in a plastic nursery pot/liner and set that inside the planter. Avoid filling the planter with soil directly this protects the finish, controls watering, and makes swaps easy.
How heavy are they and what’s the safest way to move them?
Large planters can be heavy. Always lift with two people, keep the planter upright, and avoid dragging to protect floors.
Where can I use the planter indoors or outdoors?
Ideal for indoor or covered outdoor spaces. Keep away from prolonged rain and harsh direct sun to preserve the finish. Always place on a level surface
How do I clean and care for the planter?
A dry or slightly damp soft cloth is enough for routine cleaning. Avoid abrasive pads, acids, bleach, or solvent cleaners. If water spots appear, wipe with microfiber and dry immediately.
Do you ship internationally? What about delivery timelines?
International shipping is currently unavailable. We deliver across India with careful packing; standard lead time is 3–4 weeks depending on stock and finish. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a priority replacement
Do you accept returns?
All planters are final sale and we do not accept returns. Each piece is handcrafted to order and carefully inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos.
